How We Work

At SBVA we charge by the hour, by the project (estimates can be requested) or on a retainer basis.

HOURLY

Hourly work is invoiced on the 1st and 15th of each month, depending on the start date of the project. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and may be paid by check, credit card or PayPal. Invoices may include additional costs of materials needed to complete the job, which is agreed upon within our contract.

PROJECT ESTIMATE

Do you have a special project that you would like to discuss? Your initial consultation is free, so please feel free to call or email us to detail what you need and to receive an estimate.

RETAINER

Retainers are discounted and prepaid. Starting at 10 hours a month minimum and going up in 5-hour increments. 10, 15, 20, and 25 hours. If you are interested in a larger retainer, we are happy to discuss terms.

Hours prepaid on retainer must be used within 60 days from the date of purchase. Any hours over and above the retainer will be billed at our regular rate and billed accordingly unless a new retainer is purchased.

OFFICE HOURS

Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00 PST

These are our regular office hours but because we work virtually, often these hours are flexible. If you call after 5:00 pm PST we will return your call the next business day.
